A clear success for GAP
Following impressive results, leading Home Improvement Stockist GAP plans to strengthen its conservatory division throughout 2010 and beyond. Within such a short space of time GAP has grown significantly to become one of Ultraframe’s largest trade customers in the UK, successfully serving customers across their 15 depot network stretching from Hemel Hempstead to Fife.
When launching conservatory roofs in March 2009, GAP assembled a dedicated conservatory team offering extensive industry knowledge, technical experience and excellent customer service as standard. Ordering roofs from GAP is quick and easy, all quotes and orders are priced or processed the same day, allowing customers to provide a quick turnaround to the home-owner.
As the conservatory market looks to grow once again, GAP will be at the forefront of the market with new styles and new products, together with an increased number of GAP depots across the country to improve service.
“With over 80 trucks in our fleet we are able to provide a fantastic distribution service to our customers who install conservatory roofs”, comments Simon Bird, GAP’s Joint MD. “It makes sense for us to offer conservatory roofs in our portfolio as we make hundreds of drops per week to our customers delivering Rockdoors, Cosmopolitan Panels, Homeline Roofline and many other products”.
Iain Thompson, Ultraframe’s MD adds, “With a strong brand, committed staff and assertive expansion plans for the coming years Ultraframe is delighted to work with GAP.”
